No, they are the same. Keeping things simple and clear is what we want to do with our products. All our products have the same colors in both diameters. 

We use PLA+ of the best quality available on the market, without adding additives to cheapen the final product. This makes our filament less brittle and stronger than the rest.


Filaments can be food grade. What does this mean? It means that the raw materials with which the material has been manufactured are safe for food contact. Please note that the food contact approval applies only to the raw materials from which the filament has been made. Official food safety compliance applies only to the finished product. 3D printing is a transformation process, and as part of that process materials are being used to create a new end-product - so it's crucial for you know what temperature and other parameters your printer will be using before printing off something with food in mind! Once again, there are no regulations in FDM/FFF 3D Printing regarding specific ingredients or settings so you should check with your government local authority on which standard they recommend for use here.

Our material's shelf life depends on its environment. we recommend a dry storage box, away from direct sunlight and free of dust. The average length that you should store your filament is 18+ months.

Yes, we ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free to Spain & Portugal. Rest of Europe: Free over €50 

It depends on where you are. All orders placed before 3 PM CET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM CET on Friday's are dispatched on Monday. Estimated Shipping times are

Spain: 24 hours
Rest of Europe: 2 - 5 working days.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. At the moment, we work with UPS, DHL & GLS.

We care about the environment. It's time to take action!  Our boxes are made of pure carton and can be disposed of by throwing them in the waste paper bin. Our plastic spool is 100% recyclable and we are moving towards using cardboard spools.

After your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking information will be sent to you by email. You can also check track your order by visiting the My Account page.

We ship daily and mostly from stock. Exceptions are when an item is out of stock and for Color on Request spools, which are made to order. Please check the stock levels when ordering. If not in stock we will have new stock produced mostly within 3-4 days or sooner and your order will be shipped then.  If you are in a rush or need a large order shipped faster, please contact us to discuss the options.

We understand, and we'll process your return without any hassle. Please send back the unused spool to our facility with a note containing your order number and the reason for sending it back. Once it is in our warehouse, we will ship you out a new spool. Our Address is:

My Orders allows you to view all your orders, including the progress and call up details of each order.

Your address can be changed under My Account before placing an order. If after placing the order, you want to change the delivery address, please contact us regarding any changes you'd like to make.
