PLA INGEO 870 Filament
Product Description
Introducing our PLA Ingeo 870 Filament, a high-performance polymer developed specifically for 3D printing of technical and functional parts. This filament stands out mainly for its ease of printing and high strength, but its key feature is the improvement of its properties after undergoing the crystallization process (120°C and 15-20 min). After this post-processing, the piece has a thermal resistance almost equal to ABS, over 85°C and an impact resistance 200% higher than that of the same piece made with ABS filament. So, if you're looking for a high-performance filament that is easy to use, then the PLA Ingeo 870 Filament is the ideal choice for you!

FAQs
Have a question? We are here to help.
Our customer support is available Monday to Friday: 9AM - 6PM (CET).
The key differentiating factor between our normal PLA and PLA INGEO 870 is the latter's capacity to enhance its mechanical properties via crystallisation.
Crystallisation involves heating the material to bring about a rearrangement of its internal structure, which enhances its mechanical properties. This results in improved impact resistance, hardness, and a higher glass transition temperature. To accomplish this, place the printed parts in an oven at a temperature of roughly 120°C for roughly 20 minutes. No additional equipment is required.
No, Our PLA INGEO 870 filament is not safe for contact with food.
We have published print profiles for three of the most commonly used slicers Ultimaker Cura, Raise3D IdeaMaker, and PrusaSlicer. If you need profiles for any other printer, please contact us.
Yes, You can use our colour on request service for custom colours and we also offer big size spools from 2.5 - 15 kg.
