Eolas Prints manufactures 3D printer filament in Spain. Our range covers PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, and ASA in 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameters, all produced to ISO and REACH standards with food-safe, toy-safe, and skin-safe certifications across the applicable variants. Every spool is wound on cardboard and tested for dimensional consistency before leaving our facility in Cantabria.
Choosing a Filament
PLA is the starting point for most 3D printing — easy to print, available in the widest colour range including High Speed, Matte, Silk, and gradient transition variants, and certified food-safe and toy-safe. It is the right choice for decorative objects, prototypes, and anything that does not need to withstand heat above 60°C.
PETG combines ease of printing with better temperature resistance (80°C) and chemical resistance than PLA. Our PETG is food-safe certified and available in a UV-resistant variant for outdoor use. It is the right choice for functional parts, food-contact applications, and outdoor objects.
TPU is our flexible filament, available in Shore 93A (soft), D53 (medium), and D60 UV-resistant (firm outdoor) variants. Skin-safe and food-safe certified across all variants. The right choice for gaskets, seals, phone cases, orthotics, wearables, and any application requiring flexibility or impact absorption.
ABS offers 83°C heat deflection and acetone vapour smoothing compatibility — the correct choice for functional parts requiring heat resistance or a smooth post-processed surface finish.
ASA is the outdoor engineering standard — UV-stable, weather-resistant, and rated to 85°C heat deflection. The right choice for automotive parts, marine applications, outdoor signage, and anything exposed to long-term sunlight.
