High-Temperature Filament

High-temperature 3D printing filament keeps its strength and shape where standard materials soften and fail. If your part will sit near an engine, in an enclosure with heat-generating electronics, under the sun in a parked car, or anywhere temperatures climb, these are the materials engineered to cope.

This collection covers the heat-tolerant end of our range — ABS for everyday heat resistance well above PLA, and high-performance composite and engineering grades that push the working temperature higher still. Where PLA begins to deform around 55–60°C, these materials hold their form much further up the scale, making them suited to automotive components, electronics housings, tooling and industrial parts. Most high-temperature materials print best in an enclosed, temperature-stable printer to prevent warping — ask us about pairing material and machine.

Manufactured in Spain by Eolas Prints under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, with specialist high-temperature composite grades available from Prusament. When heat is the enemy of your part, the material choice here is what keeps it working.
