The xTool P3 is xTool's flagship CO2 laser cutter — an 80W machine built for professional production environments where throughput, reliability, and safety are all non-negotiable. It adds to the P2S foundation with higher laser power, AI fire detection, a built-in CO2 fire suppression system, automated material identification, and Class 1 safety certification. 80W Power — What It Changes
Moving from 55W to 80W is not simply faster cutting of the same things. At 80W, the P3 cuts materials that a 55W machine handles poorly: 30mm basswood in a single pass, 25mm thick acrylic cleanly, dense hardwoods up to 20mm. It also engraves faster — which matters when you are running production batches of hundreds of items per day. The larger 700 × 430mm work area accommodates larger single-piece cuts and more items per batch.
AI Fire Detection and CO2 Suppression
Laser cutting generates combustion risk — particularly with wood, MDF, and thick acrylic at high power. The P3 addresses this directly:
- AI fire detection — a camera-based system monitors the work area in real time and detects flame or abnormal heat signatures, stopping the laser immediately
- Built-in CO2 fire suppression — the first consumer laser cutter with an integrated suppression system that activates automatically when fire is detected, without requiring manual intervention
For businesses running the machine unattended or in enclosed commercial spaces, this infrastructure represents a meaningful reduction in operational risk compared to standard laser cutters.
Automated Material Identification
The P3's material recognition system identifies the type and thickness of material placed on the bed and automatically suggests cutting and engraving parameters. For operators running mixed material workflows — different wood thicknesses, multiple acrylic colours — this eliminates manual parameter lookup and reduces the risk of incorrect settings on expensive materials.

When do you ship?
We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Cantabria, Spain. In-stock orders placed before the cut-off time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend, ship on the next business day.

How do you ship?
Parcels — we ship with GLS within mainland Spain & Portugal and with UPS to the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the weight of your order and live carrier rates, so you see the exact price and delivery options before you pay.
Pallet freight — large and heavy machines, such as CO₂ laser cutters and industrial or large-format printers, ship on a pallet by road or, to islands and overseas destinations, by sea. Orders over 40 kg to mainland Spain & Portugal also ship by pallet. The pallet rate for your destination is shown at checkout, and orders over 150 kg ship on two pallets.

- Mainland Spain & Portugal: orders over €100 (GLS)
- Other EU countries: orders over €150 (UPS Standard), excluding Malta and Cyprus
Free shipping does not apply to 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser machines or other equipment, or to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira.

Pallet deliveries
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please give a phone number that will be answered.
- Delivery is to your address at ground level. The pallet is not carried inside or unpacked, so please make sure you can unload it — with a forklift, a pallet truck or enough people. Machines can weigh 70 - 250 kg.
- If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
- Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.
How about taxes & duties?
EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to EU sanctions, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
