    2-in-1 Wash & Cure Station

    ELEGOO Mercury Plus V3.0

7.5 litre wash capacity and ø250 × 290 mm curing in one unit — sized for build plates up to 10 inches.

A resin printer without a wash and cure station is an incomplete system. Every part comes off the plate coated in uncured resin: it has to be washed in isopropyl alcohol, then UV-cured to reach full hardness and dimensional stability. The Mercury Plus V3.0 does both in one machine — swap the wash bucket for the curing turntable depending on which stage you are at.

It is sized for real plates rather than test prints. 7.5 litres of wash capacity is 114% more than the V2.0, the curing area is 460% larger, and the adjustable brackets take build plates up to 10 inches — which means it fits the whole Saturn 4 range directly, as well as Mars and Jupiter machines.

    What It Does

    💧

    Two cleaning modes

Basket mode takes parts off the plate for direct washing, up to 230 × 135 × 260 mm. Hanging mode clamps the build plate itself on adjustable brackets, up to 214 × 135 × 180 mm.

    🔆

    360° curing

A rotating turntable with 24 × 405 nm LEDs, plus reflective mirrors under the transparent platform that bounce light upward — so the underside of a model cures as well as the top.

    ⚙️

    Upgraded POM bearing

Smoother high-speed rotation and stronger agitation in the wash, which removes residual resin from complex geometry more reliably.

    🛡️

    Anti-UV cover

Blocks 99.9% of ultraviolet light, and a micro switch stops curing the moment the cover is lifted — a genuine eye-safety feature, not a convenience.

    ⏱️

    Touch panel timer

Set wash or cure time up to 30 minutes and track the countdown. As a rule of thumb, parts under 30 mm cure in about 2 minutes; complex geometry needs longer.

    🔌

    Wide compatibility

Works with LCD, DLP and SLA printers up to 10 inches — the ELEGOO Mars, Saturn and Jupiter series, and most other brands.

    Safety & workspace

Uncured photopolymer resin is a skin and eye irritant. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection when handling liquid resin or used IPA, and work in a ventilated space. Never look directly at 405 nm UV light. Dispose of waste resin and saturated IPA as chemical waste — never down the drain. Keep resin and solvents away from children and pets.

Questions About the Mercury Plus V3.0

    Which printers does it fit?

Any LCD, DLP or SLA printer with a build plate up to 10 inches — which covers the whole ELEGOO Mars, Saturn and Jupiter range as well as most other brands. The adjustable brackets are the reason: they clamp the build plate itself over the wash bucket, so you do not have to remove parts before cleaning. If you run a Saturn 4 or Jupiter, this is the station that takes the plate directly.

Basket mode or hanging mode — when do I use each?

Hanging mode clamps the whole build plate with parts still attached, up to 214 × 135 × 180 mm — fastest, and it keeps resin off your hands. Basket mode takes parts off the plate first and washes them loose in the basket, up to 230 × 135 × 260 mm — better for tall models that exceed the hanging height, or for washing a batch of small parts thoroughly.

How much IPA does it need, and how often should it be changed?

The tank holds up to 7.5 litres, though you only need enough to submerge the parts — most users run considerably less. IPA becomes saturated with dissolved resin over time and stops cleaning effectively; when parts come out still tacky after a normal cycle, it needs replacing. Saturated IPA is chemical waste: let the dissolved resin cure out under UV, then dispose of the liquid at a chemical waste facility rather than pouring it away.

Should I choose this or the Mercury XS Bundle?

This one if your plate is large — it takes up to 10 inches directly and cures up to ø250 × 290 mm, the biggest of the two. The XS Bundle if throughput matters more than size: it is two separate machines, so one plate can wash while another cures, and it includes a handheld UV lamp for interiors and recesses. Plate size usually decides it before anything else does.

Does the wash station need ventilation too?

Yes — this is the step people overlook. IPA evaporates as it works and carries dissolved uncured resin with it, so the wash station is a VOC source in its own right, not just the printer. Keep the lid on when it is not in use, run it in the same ventilated space as the printer, and do not wash in a small sealed room.
