3D Printing Service

Eolas Prints is a professional 3D printing service based in Cantabria, Spain. We turn your CAD files into accurate, ready-to-use parts — from one-off prototypes to functional end-use components and small production runs. Send us a model and we handle the rest: material selection, print preparation, printing, finishing and secure delivery across Spain and the EU. No printer, no software and no experience required on your side.
We work with product designers, engineers, architects, educators and businesses who need parts made right the first time. Every job runs through our ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental) certified processes, on professional equipment, with dimensions checked against your drawings.
What we print
Our 3D printing service covers the full range of professional applications: rapid prototypes for design validation and testing; functional end-use parts that need real mechanical strength; jigs, fixtures and tooling for production lines; spare and replacement parts no longer available off the shelf; short-run and custom production where injection moulding isn't economical; and presentation and concept models. There's no minimum order — we print a single part as readily as a batch. If you can model it, we can almost certainly print it, and if you're not sure, send the file and we'll advise.
From your file to a finished part
The process is simple. You send a 3D file (STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF or your native CAD), tell us the application and any requirements — material, colour, strength, tolerance, quantity — and we send you a quote. Once approved, we prepare the geometry, choose the right material and settings, print, finish and ship. If your file needs work, or you only have a sketch or an idea, our in-house design service can take it from concept to a print-ready model.

Large-format 3D printing
Big parts are where most print shops struggle, forcing large models to be cut into many small pieces, glued and filled. We run a large-format production printer with an 800 × 800 × 1000 mm build volume, so oversized parts, enclosures, full-size prototypes and large site or architectural models come off the bed in far fewer pieces — cleaner results, stronger assemblies and faster turnaround. Whether you need a part too big for a desktop machine or a one-piece component that would otherwise be split, we can take it on.
Technologies and materials
We print primarily with FDM/FFF (fused filament fabrication), including large-format and multi-colour and multi-material printing for parts that combine colours or properties in a single build. For fine-detail, smooth-surface work we also offer resin (SLA/MSLA). We help you choose the right material for the job: PLA for concept models and visual prototypes; PETG for tough, chemical-resistant functional parts; ABS and ASA for heat resistance and outdoor durability; and TPU for flexible parts. Much of our filament is manufactured in-house in Spain under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, with REACH-compliant and food-contact options — so we control quality from raw material to finished part. 3D design service
Don't have a print-ready file? Our design service takes your project from idea to printable model. We work from sketches, reference parts, measurements or an existing CAD file that needs repair or optimisation, and deliver clean, watertight, manufacturable geometry — ready to print with us or to keep. It's the same expertise we bring to demanding work like our architectural scale models.
Why choose Eolas Prints
We are a digital-fabrication studio, not a hobby print shop. You get certified processes (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), professional equipment, expert material advice, dimensional accuracy verified against your drawings, and secure shipping throughout Spain and the EU. We speak CAD, we understand deadlines, and we treat your parts — whether a single prototype or a production batch — with the same care. Based in Cantabria, between Santander and Torrelavega, we serve makers and businesses across northern Spain, the whole country and internationally.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 3D print cost?
Cost depends on size, material, detail, finish and quantity, so we price each job individually. Send us your file and requirements and we'll come back with a clear, no-obligation quote — there's no minimum order.
How long does it take?
Lead time depends on the part and the queue, but prototypes are often ready within a few days. We confirm a firm timeline with your quote.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP/STP, OBJ, 3MF and most native CAD exports. If you only have a sketch, an idea or a part to copy, our design service can create a print-ready model for you.
Which materials can you print?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and flexible TPU, among others. We'll recommend the best material for your part's strength, temperature, chemical and finish requirements — much of it made in our own ISO-certified Spanish facility.
How large a part can you print?
Our large-format printer handles parts up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm in a single build, and bigger objects can be produced in sections and assembled.
Do you ship across Spain and the EU?
Yes. We dispatch finished parts securely from Cantabria, Spain, throughout Spain and the European Union, and can ship internationally on request.
