Training — your team, brought up to speed

We don't sell a fixed syllabus. You book our expertise and time, and we shape the session to your group's level — from complete beginners to advanced operators — your machines, and what you want to walk away able to do. Every booking starts with a short scoping call so the content fits your team exactly.

Half-day session from €600

One live session of 4–5 hours, for up to 8 participants. Ideal for getting a team confident and productive.

Full-day session from €950

A full day (~8 hours) for deeper, hands-on coverage — multi-material printing, workflow, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Delivered online by default. On-site delivery is available anywhere — billed as the session fee plus travel & accommodation at cost. Multi-day and bespoke programmes available on request.

Support & maintenance — keep printing

Annual support priced per machine, so your printers stay dependable. Our remote tiers are location-independent — the same support wherever you are in the EU and beyond. On-site is available on the Enterprise tier, with travel funded by the client.

Remote from €200/yr

  • Remote diagnostics & troubleshooting (email/ticket + scheduled video calls)
  • Slicer and firmware guidance
  • Print-profile help for standard materials
  • Next-business-day response target
  • Up to 8 support requests per year (fair use)

Priority from €550/yr

  • Everything in Remote, plus:
  • Priority queue (same / next business day)
  • Two scheduled remote health-checks per year
  • Higher support-request allowance

Enterprise from €1,100/yr + travel

  • Everything in Priority, plus:
  • On-site intervention under a scheduled SLA (travel funded by client, at cost)
  • Annual preventive maintenance schedule
  • Named technical contact
  • Multi-machine fleet management & fleet pricing
Applies to all tiers: spare parts are billed separately at standard price (not included). Out-of-hours support (weekends/public holidays) is subject to a surcharge. Covers FDM printers, large-format machines and lasers.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only train on machines bought from you?
No. We train and support teams on all major FDM brands — Prusa, Bambu Lab, Flashforge and more — whether or not you bought the equipment from us.
Is training online or in person?
Online by default, which keeps it fast and affordable and works anywhere. On-site delivery is available worldwide, billed as the session fee plus travel & accommodation at cost.
How many people can attend a training session?
Up to 8 participants are included. Larger groups can be accommodated on request — contact us.
What does a support contract cover?
Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, slicer/firmware and print-profile guidance, with response targets by tier. Spare parts are billed separately at standard price, and out-of-hours support carries a surcharge. On-site intervention is available on the Enterprise tier with travel at cost.
Can you support a whole fleet?
Yes. The Enterprise tier includes multi-machine fleet management and fleet pricing. Tell us your setup for a tailored quote.
Do you work outside Spain?
Yes. Remote training and support are location-independent across the EU and beyond. On-site is available anywhere with travel funded by the client.
