Flexible Filament

Flexible 3D printing filament lets you print parts that bend, stretch, compress and bounce back. Our TPU flexible filaments are the rubber of the 3D printing world — tough, abrasion-resistant and resistant to oils and grease — available across a range of Shore hardnesses so you can dial in exactly how soft or firm your part needs to be.

The applications are everywhere once you start: custom phone cases, drone bumpers, vibration dampers, gaskets and seals, hinges, wheels, protective covers, watch straps and wearable parts. Softer grades behave almost like a rubber band; firmer grades feel like a shoe sole and hold their shape under load. With UV-resistant and food-contact options in the range, there is a flexible filament here for indoor, outdoor and hygiene-sensitive projects alike.

Manufactured in Spain by Eolas Prints under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, our TPU is engineered for consistent diameter and reliable extrusion — flexible filament can be fussy to print, and quality material makes all the difference. Available in multiple hardnesses and formats including pellets for high-volume work.
