Pellets
Eolas Prints manufactures a range of 3D printing pellets for pellet-fed extruders and industrial FDM systems. Available in PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, and post-consumer recycled PET (rPET), our pellets are ISO and REACH certified and produced in Spain to the same quality standards as our filament range.
Who Uses Pellets
Pellet-fed 3D printing systems — including large-format industrial FDM printers and desktop pellet extruders — process raw pellets directly rather than spooled filament. The material cost per kilogram is significantly lower than filament, making pellets the economical choice for high-volume production, large-format printing, and operations where material cost is a meaningful factor in unit economics. Industrial injection moulding facilities also use our pellets for material testing and rapid prototyping before committing to full tooling.
Available Materials
- PLA Pellets: Biodegradable, easy to process, food-safe certified — for large-format PLA printing and sustainable production
- PETG Pellets: Chemical resistant, food-safe, excellent layer adhesion — for functional and food-contact applications
- TPU Pellets: Flexible, skin-safe, abrasion-resistant — for gaskets, seals, wearables, and flexible components
- ABS Pellets: Impact-resistant, acetone-smoothable, 83°C heat deflection — for engineering prototypes and functional housings
- Recycled PET Pellets (rPET): Post-consumer recycled PET — for sustainable production with good mechanical properties and chemical resistance
Quality and Certification
All pellets are produced in Spain and certified to ISO and REACH standards. Food-safe and skin-safe variants carry the relevant certifications for food-contact and wearable applications.
