0.01mm Accuracy — What It Enables
At 0.01mm accuracy, the Seal resolves surface features that most handheld scanners lose. On a ring, it captures the engraving detail, the stone setting geometry, and the texture differences between polished and matte finishes. On a machined part, it captures thread profiles, chamfers, and tolerance-critical surfaces with enough fidelity for dimensional comparison against a CAD model. On a dental model, it captures the occlusal surface morphology required for prosthetic design. This level of precision separates the Seal from general-purpose handheld scanners and puts it in the same capability tier as dedicated desktop scanners, in a handheld form factor.
Blue Light Technology
Blue light structured light scanners project a short-wavelength pattern onto the object surface. The shorter wavelength reduces ambient light interference and improves fringe contrast compared to white or infrared light systems — translating to cleaner data, less noise in the mesh, and more reliable capture on intricate or highly detailed surfaces. For small precision objects where noise in the point cloud would obscure the very features you need, the blue light system is a meaningful practical advantage.

When do you ship?
We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Cantabria, Spain. In-stock orders placed before the cut-off time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend, ship on the next business day.

How do you ship?
Parcels — we ship with GLS within mainland Spain & Portugal and with UPS to the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the weight of your order and live carrier rates, so you see the exact price and delivery options before you pay.
Pallet freight — large and heavy machines, such as CO₂ laser cutters and industrial or large-format printers, ship on a pallet by road or, to islands and overseas destinations, by sea. Orders over 40 kg to mainland Spain & Portugal also ship by pallet. The pallet rate for your destination is shown at checkout, and orders over 150 kg ship on two pallets.

- Mainland Spain & Portugal: orders over €100 (GLS)
- Other EU countries: orders over €150 (UPS Standard), excluding Malta and Cyprus

Pallet deliveries
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please give a phone number that will be answered.
- Delivery is to your address at ground level. The pallet is not carried inside or unpacked, so please make sure you can unload it — with a forklift, a pallet truck or enough people. Machines can weigh 70 - 250 kg.
- If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
- Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.
How about taxes & duties?
EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
