Description
The xTool Apparel Printer Plus is a 35.5 cm direct-to-film (DTF) printer for custom T-shirts, hoodies, caps and bags on any fabric and any colour. Two Epson I1600 printheads deliver up to 4.6 m²/h with G7-certified colour, while a built-in ultrasonic humidifier, automatic wet capping and 24/7 SmartCycle maintenance keep the white ink flowing with far less hands-on upkeep than a conventional DTF setup.

How the One-Click Workflow Works
You design, print and cut the film in xTool Studio. Paired with the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven (sold separately), powder application, shaking and curing are automated, so a finished transfer comes out of a single click in around eight minutes; you then heat-press it onto the garment. Used on its own, the printer outputs printed film that you powder and cure manually, and third-party film can be used in that case. Transfers survive 50+ washes and stretch without cracking when used with xTool ink and powder.
What's New in the Plus
Compared with the original Apparel Printer, the Plus adds an internal humidity module that switches on and off automatically, a second temperature and humidity sensor next to the printheads (reacting in around five seconds), the HydraFlow™ white-ink damper that replaces four narrow channels with one, and automatic wet capping that seals the printheads with moisturising liquid after 24 hours of inactivity. The new xTool Studio app lets you check printer status, receive alerts and send jobs from your phone on the same Wi-Fi network.
Warranty and Consumables
The printer carries a 24-month EU warranty. Printheads are covered for one month as standard, extendable to six months when you use official xTool consumables and complete xTool's online training and quiz. xTool advises against third-party ink because of clogging risk, and against using the IF2 exhaust fan with this printer, as glycerine in the fumes shortens its motor life; the SafetyPro AP2 purifier is designed for Apparel Printer users.

Pallet deliveries
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please give a phone number that will be answered.
- Delivery is to your address at ground level. The pallet is not carried inside or unpacked, so please make sure you can unload it — with a forklift, a pallet truck or enough people. Machines can weigh 70 - 250 kg.
- If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
- Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.
How about taxes & duties?
EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to EU sanctions, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
