Eolas Prints is an Ultimaker Material Alliance partner, so tested and approved print profiles for our filaments are available directly in the Ultimaker Cura Marketplace. Open Cura → Marketplace → Materials, search "Eolas Prints", install, and restart — then just pick the material from the drop-down. Full walkthrough below.
We have facilitated the process of printing our materials on the Ultimaker S5 or S3 printer by including printing profiles in the widely-used slicer, Ultimaker CURA. Furthermore, we have partnered with Ultimaker as part of their Material Alliance program. All our materials have been tested and approved by Ultimaker and have been made available in the Marketplace. In this post we are going to see how we can download these print profiles for Ultimaker CURA.
Ultimaker CURA

Once Ultimaker Cura is started, click on the "Marketplace" box at the top right.

Once inside the Marketplace, click on the "Materials" tab.

Using the search engine, search for "Eolas Prints" and then proceed to install the different print profiles you want. Once we have them installed, we restart the program and we will be able to use them whenever we need them.

Now all you have to do is select the material from the drop-down menu and start the machine.

For more information about the Eolas Prints materials in Ultimaker CURA, you can access through your web browser to our marketplace section.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Ultimaker Material Alliance Program?
It is Ultimaker's programme for third-party filament makers whose materials have been tested and validated for use with Ultimaker printers. As a partner, Eolas Prints publishes ready-made print profiles in the Cura Marketplace so you don't have to dial in settings manually.
How do I install Eolas Prints profiles in Cura?
Open Cura, click Marketplace (top right), go to the Materials tab, search "Eolas Prints", install the profiles you want, and restart Cura. The materials then appear in the material drop-down.
Which printers do these profiles support?
The profiles are validated for Ultimaker machines such as the S5 and S3. On other printers you can still use our filaments — start from our recommended settings and fine-tune with a temperature tower and flow test.
Do I still need to calibrate after installing a profile?
The profiles are an excellent starting point. For best results on your specific machine, we still recommend a quick temperature and flow calibration — see our troubleshooting & calibration hub.
