Frequently Asked Questions
What filament should I use for outdoor Halloween decorations?
For anything that lives outside — signs, ravens, graveyard props — use a UV- and weather-resistant material. Our PETG Certified UV Resistant holds up to sun and rain far better than standard PLA.
Which filament is best for light-up props?
Transparent or translucent PETG diffuses LED light beautifully for lanterns, skulls, and reactors. For a non-reflective, screen-accurate finish on masks, PLA Matte works well.
Is 3D printed tableware food safe?
Treat most 3D prints as decorative. For items that contact food, use a filament certified for food contact and follow safe-handling practice. Our PLA is certified food-contact safe — ideal for candy bowls.
What should I print for a comfortable wearable?
For earrings, flexible masks, or anything worn against the skin, a flexible material is more comfortable than rigid PLA. Our TPU Flex is soft, durable, and easy to wear all night.
