Description
The Prusa XL+ Enclosure Bundle combines the assembled Prusa XL+ large-format toolchanger with the Enclosure for Prusa XL+ at a bundle price. You get a 360 × 360 × 360 mm (46.7 l) build volume, 1, 2 or 5 independent toolheads, and a sealed chamber that reaches about 50 °C from the heatbed alone – up to 60 °C with Prusa's upcoming external heater. It is built for large engineering parts in ASA, ABS, PC and nylon, and for multi-material jobs with virtually no purge waste.

How the XL+ Toolchanger Works
Each XL+ toolhead carries its own extruder, hotend, nozzle and filament. Parked heads stay preheated for quick swaps, so multi-material prints need no purging and produce virtually no waste. You can combine rigid, flexible and soluble materials, or different nozzle sizes, in one job. A single-tool printer can be upgraded with more toolheads later – the frame is ready.
Why the Enclosure Is Included
Large parts warp when hot plastic meets cold room air. The Enclosure for Prusa XL+ improves sealing so the chamber holds around 50 °C using heat from the heatbed – the useful range for ASA and ABS, and a real help with nylon and many PC jobs. Prusa's external heater add-on (announced, not yet available) raises this to 60 °C. Filtration, LED lighting and chamber temperature are controlled from the XL+ touchscreen, and the magnetic bellows cover folds open when you print PLA or PETG.
What's New in the XL+
Compared with the Original Prusa XL, the XL+ aligns its toolheads with a dedicated electronic sensor instead of a mechanical pin, cleans every nozzle on a nozzle wiper before printing, uses new GT1.5 belts for smoother surfaces, and has rebuilt toolhead and electronics cooling. Prusa quotes printing 10–15 % faster than the XL.

When do you ship?
We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Cantabria, Spain. In-stock orders placed before the cut-off time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend, ship on the next business day.

How do you ship?
Parcels — we ship with GLS within mainland Spain & Portugal and with UPS to the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the weight of your order and live carrier rates, so you see the exact price and delivery options before you pay.
Pallet freight — large and heavy machines, such as CO₂ laser cutters and industrial or large-format printers, ship on a pallet by road or, to islands and overseas destinations, by sea. Orders over 40 kg to mainland Spain & Portugal also ship by pallet. The pallet rate for your destination is shown at checkout, and orders over 150 kg ship on two pallets.

Free standard shipping on filament, pellets and accessories:
- Mainland Spain & Portugal: orders over €100 (GLS)
- Other EU countries: orders over €150 (UPS Standard), excluding Malta and Cyprus
Free shipping does not apply to 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser machines or other equipment, or to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira.

Pallet deliveries
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please give a phone number that will be answered.
- Delivery is to your address at ground level. The pallet is not carried inside or unpacked, so please make sure you can unload it — with a forklift, a pallet truck or enough people. Machines can weigh 70 - 250 kg.
- If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
- Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.
How about taxes & duties?
EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to EU sanctions, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
