PLA INGEO 850 Filament
Product Description
Elevate your 3D printing creations with the unparalleled quality of PLA INGEO 850 Filament. Exceptionally crafted for the discerning enthusiast, this filament harmonises the simplicity of PLA with the robustness akin to ABS. Revel in its splendid ease of printing and superior adhesion properties, ensuring each layer bonds flawlessly, as depicted in the sleek black sheen of our product image.
Engineered for endurance, this tough PLA showcases a remarkable impact resistance that can be further enhanced via a straightforward crystallisation process. Subject it to 120°C for a mere 15-20 minutes, and witness a transformation that bestows upon your prints a glass transition temperature soaring to 85°C - rivaling ABS with a 15% increase in impact resilience.
Ideal for both intricate prototypes and durable end-use parts, PLA INGEO 850 Filament stands as a testament to innovation in 3D printing materials. Whether crafting bespoke jewellery or engineering components, this filament delivers with striking precision and strength. Make the switch to pla ingeo 850; it's not just a choice, it's an investment in excellence.

FAQs
Have a question? We are here to help.
Our customer support is available Monday to Friday: 9AM - 6PM (CET).
The key differentiating factor between normal PLA and PLA INGEO 850 is the latter's capacity to enhance its mechanical properties via crystallisation. However, our PLA filament has the same mechanical properties as PLA INGEO 850.
Crystallisation involves heating the material to bring about a rearrangement of its internal structure, which enhances its mechanical properties. This results in improved impact resistance, hardness, and a higher glass transition temperature. To accomplish this, place the printed parts in an oven at a temperature of roughly 120°C for roughly 20 minutes. No additional equipment is required.
Yes, Our PLA filament is certified safe for contact with food. Please contact us and we will be happy to send over the certificate of conformance.
We have published print profiles for three of the most commonly used slicers Ultimaker Cura, Raise3D IdeaMaker, and PrusaSlicer. If you need profiles for any other printer, please contact us.
Yes, You can use our colour on request service for custom colours and we also offer big size spools from 2.5 - 15 kg.
