Description
The Prusa XL+ Enclosure is Prusa Research's official enclosure for the Prusa XL+ large-format toolchanger. Improved sealing holds the chamber at up to 50 °C using heat from the XL+ heatbed alone, and Prusa's upcoming external heater add-on will take it to 60 °C. It adds HEPA filtration (99.9 % efficiency), LED lighting and a chamber temperature sensor, all controlled from the printer's touchscreen. It is not compatible with the original Prusa XL.

Why a Warm Chamber Matters on a Large Printer
Large ASA, ABS, PC and nylon parts shrink as they cool, so corners lift in cold, draughty air. Around 50 °C suits ASA and ABS and helps with nylon and many PC jobs; around 60 °C, with the external heater, reaches the range Prusa recommends for polycarbonate and larger nylon parts.
How It Works
The enclosure connects to the XL+ mainboard. Filtration runs during ASA or PC-CF prints and stays off by default for PLA and PETG to save the HEPA filter. For low-temperature materials, fold open the magnetic bellows cover. The panels also reduce noise and cover moving parts.
Compatibility
Prusa XL+ with 1, 2 or 5 toolheads only. The earlier Original Prusa XL needs the Original Prusa XL Enclosure instead. The XL+ printed parts are already rated for these temperatures.

- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.

EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
