Where can I recieve my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.-never at PO box)
Which countries can Eolas Prints deliver their products to?
The orders that were made by the official website (www.eolasprints.com) will be delivery Peninsula, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla, and any country of the EU.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
If the amount is less than 99€ the peninsular delivery fees are set out below. (IVA not included):
1-2 reels: 3,70€ (IVA not included)
3 reels: 4,15€ (IVA not included)
>3 reels: 4,70€ (IVA not included)
How long will my order take to arrive?
The delivery shall be made by the agency ASM at the adress indicated for the customer, when the payment is verify by out administrative department.
Delivery times: Peninsula 24-48h.
UE: 7 business days
This time will be start at the moment you confirm the order.
EolasPrints will not assume the responsibility when the order doesn’t deliver because the information is wrong or false, or in the case that the order is not deliver for other causes.
We don’t deliver products to PO box.
Although our goal is make the deliveries on time, we don’t guarantee those times delivery because deliveries are also managed by third parties.
The orders won’t be redirected when they have been sent.
Can I track my order?
Yes, in “my account” you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, contact with the administration department of Eolas Prints, we can give you the tracking number.
