Description
The xTool Honeycomb Panel for S1 is xTool's official cutting bed for the xTool S1 enclosed diode laser. It lifts the workpiece off the machine's base plate on a steel honeycomb grid, so smoke and heat escape underneath instead of bouncing back into the material. The result is smoother edges and fewer scorch marks and oily smoke stains on the back of cut-through parts. Nine 5 mm steel bars and a 22 mm deep panel give it a 5 kg load capacity.

Why Cut on a Honeycomb
When a diode laser cuts straight through wood, acrylic or leather, the beam and the hot gases it creates hit whatever lies underneath. On a flat surface they reflect back and leave burn marks, smoke stains and rough edges on the underside. The open honeycomb cells let air circulate and smoke diffuse downwards, which reduces carbonisation and keeps both faces of the part clean.
Holding and Measuring Materials
Four magnetic material pins are included to hold thin or slightly warped sheets flat and in place, keeping alignment precise across the whole job. Both axes carry inch and centimetre scales for quick measuring, and the 5 mm anti-slip pads stop the panel from shifting inside the machine.
Compatibility
Made for the xTool S1 enclosed diode laser cutter, in both its 20W and 40W versions. It can also be used with the xTool S1 Riser Base. It is not sized for other xTool machines.

When do you ship?
We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Cantabria, Spain. In-stock orders placed before the cut-off time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend, ship on the next business day.

How do you ship?
Parcels — we ship with GLS within mainland Spain & Portugal and with UPS to the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the weight of your order and live carrier rates, so you see the exact price and delivery options before you pay.
Pallet freight — large and heavy machines, such as CO₂ laser cutters and industrial or large-format printers, ship on a pallet by road or, to islands and overseas destinations, by sea. Orders over 40 kg to mainland Spain & Portugal also ship by pallet. The pallet rate for your destination is shown at checkout, and orders over 150 kg ship on two pallets.

Free standard shipping on filament, pellets and accessories:
- Mainland Spain & Portugal: orders over €100 (GLS)
- Other EU countries: orders over €150 (UPS Standard), excluding Malta and Cyprus
Free shipping does not apply to 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser machines or other equipment, or to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira.

Pallet deliveries
- The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please give a phone number that will be answered.
- Delivery is to your address at ground level. The pallet is not carried inside or unpacked, so please make sure you can unload it — with a forklift, a pallet truck or enough people. Machines can weigh 70 - 250 kg.
- If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
- Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.
How about taxes & duties?
EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to EU sanctions, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
