When do you ship?

We ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Cantabria, Spain. In-stock orders placed before the cut-off time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend, ship on the next business day.

Products with a lead time shown on their product page ship as soon as they are available, within the lead time shown.

How do you ship?

Parcels — we ship with GLS within mainland Spain & Portugal and with UPS to the rest of the world. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, the weight of your order and live carrier rates, so you see the exact price and delivery options before you pay.

Pallet freight — large and heavy machines, such as CO₂ laser cutters and industrial or large-format printers, ship on a pallet by road or, to islands and overseas destinations, by sea. Orders over 40 kg to mainland Spain & Portugal also ship by pallet. The pallet rate for your destination is shown at checkout, and orders over 150 kg ship on two pallets.

Free standard shipping on filament, pellets and accessories:

• Mainland Spain & Portugal: orders over €100 (GLS)
• Other EU countries: orders over €150 (UPS Standard), excluding Malta and Cyprus

Free shipping does not apply to 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser machines or other equipment, or to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira.

Pallet deliveries

• The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please give a phone number that will be answered.
• Delivery is to your address at ground level. The pallet is not carried inside or unpacked, so please make sure you can unload it — with a forklift, a pallet truck or enough people. Machines can weigh 70 - 250 kg.
• If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
• Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
• If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.

How about taxes & duties?

EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.

Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.

• Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
• Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.

If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.

Countries we do not ship to

Due to EU sanctions, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
