Description
The xTool Screen Printer combines traditional screen printing with your xTool laser. Instead of coating emulsion, drying it in a darkroom and exposing it under UV light, the laser engraves your design straight into a pre-coated screen in 1 to 30 minutes, and the Screen Printer then applies the ink to T-shirts, tote bags, paper and wood.

| Screen life | Up to 1,500 prints per xTool coated screen |
| Z-axis AutoPress | Prints on objects up to 60 mm thick |
| Frame | 30-second EasyStretch frame, quick-release clamp, 60° hover hinge |
| Registration | 3-axis micro registration (X, Y, Z) for multi-colour alignment |
From Design to Print
Load your artwork in xTool software, which can separate colours into CMYK and create halftones in one click. Place the coated screen in its frame and engrave it with the laser, then clip the frame into the printer, add ink and pull the squeegee. The EasyStretch frame tensions a screen in about 30 seconds, the hinge lets the screen hover at up to 60° so ink does not drip, and the piston-driven Z-axis adjusts automatically to objects up to 60 mm thick.
Which Version Do I Need?
Both versions share the same mechanism; only the frame size differs to suit your laser. Choose the standard frame for P, F, S and D Series machines and the compact frame for the M Series. Multi-colour printing needs extra frames, screens, inks and a frame fixing piece; the F1 does not support multi-colour kits. On the P2 and P2S, a riser base is needed with the standard frame.

Pallet deliveries

- If your address has restricted access (no truck access, a narrow street, no loading area) or you need a tail-lift, please contact us before ordering.
- Check the pallet before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 24 hours.
- If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address cannot be accessed, redelivery and storage may be charged.
How about taxes & duties?
EU, including mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Outside the EU VAT area, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: all orders ship on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. We pay for export clearance and transport to your address. Import duties, import taxes (such as VAT, IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient.
- Parcels: UPS will contact you to arrange payment of any duties and taxes before delivery.
- Pallets: the carrier's agent or a customs broker at destination will contact you. You are responsible for import clearance.
If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs, the return freight and any costs incurred will be deducted from any refund.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to EU sanctions, we do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
