Parked heads stay preheated for quick swaps, so multi-material prints need no purging and produce virtually no waste. You can combine rigid, flexible and soluble materials, or different nozzle sizes, in one job. The Enclosure for Prusa XL+ improves sealing so the chamber holds around 50 °C using heat from the heatbed – the useful range for ASA and ABS, and a real help with nylon and many PC jobs. Prusa's external heater add-on (announced, not yet available) raises this to 60 °C.
