When do you ship?
We ship daily from stock. Orders placed after 1PM and 4PM on Fridays are shipped on Monday.

How do you ship?
We ship worldwide via UPS (and GLS within Spain & Portugal). Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and live carrier rates, so you'll see the exact price and available delivery options before you pay.

How about Taxes & Duties?
For orders within the EU, all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay at checkout — nothing further is due on delivery.
For orders outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are not included. These are set by your destination country's customs authority. Our logistics partner UPS will contact you directly to arrange payment and handle customs clearance on your behalf, so your order reaches you with the process taken care of.
